From a young age, I’ve always believed that I could achieve anything I put my mind to. But as I grew older, I lost touch with my creativity, unsure how to channel it into something I could build a life around. It wasn’t until I found myself in the construction industry that I began to rediscover my creative potential.

Working alongside my long-time friend, we juggled full-time jobs Monday to Friday while taking on our own projects over the weekends. Those early days of hard work and determination became the foundation of Surrounding Counties, the company we started with a vision: to keep moving forward, evolving, and striving to deliver better with every project we complete.

At the heart of what we do is the belief that progress isn’t just about improving our own lives or those of our clients—it’s about uplifting the wider communities we work within. We’re passionate about building a network of like-minded individuals who share our commitment to creating opportunities and enhancing the spaces we inhabit.
