Phoebe Macpherson

Hi, I’m Phoebe, a recent graduate from KLC with a BA Honours degree in Interior Design. Throughout my studies, I have developed a strong passion for balancing functionality with creativity. I am particularly drawn to well-resolved space planning, layered material schemes, and designing bespoke furniture and joinery that add to creating a space with its own unique identity.

Through my projects, I have enjoyed developing my understanding of materials, particularly tones and textures, to create engaging visual and tactile experiences. I also appreciate how a strong knowledge of the site and architectural elements can inform designs that respect and enhance what already exists, rather than completely overshadowing it.

Through experiences beyond university, I loved seeing how design can transform a house into a home and how deeply rewarding it can be to create spaces that foster an emotional connection. I am excited for my future journey in interior design and hope to continue pushing this passion and ethos in all my work.
