Maria Vittoria Zappala
After relocating to the United Kingdom and completing my degree in History of Art at Goldsmiths, University of London, I chose to pursue a career in interior design. Over the past three years, I have been working at an architectural practice in West London, specializing in high-end residential projects.
During my tenure, I have been a key member of the Interiors team, learning quickly and managing all aspects of interior design for luxury private residences. My responsibilities have included coordinating the design process from concept to installation, often working within tight deadlines. This experience has significantly honed my architectural and design sensibilities.
To further enhance my skills, two years ago I enrolled in a part-time diploma program at KLC School of Design. This program has deepened my proficiency with systems and software such as EstiPC, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD. My background in art history, combined with the advanced training at KLC, has been instrumental in successfully executing the residential projects I have been involved in.
As I near the completion of my course, I am eager to continue creating timeless interiors. Driven by a passion for beauty and a desire to offer a fresh perspective on classical British aesthetics, I look forward to new opportunities in the field.
